Scientific disclosure questionnaire
The Code of Life:
True-or-False Test
A public record of what a scientific teacher believes, understands, and is prepared to defend.
The governing rule
A scientific teacher need not claim certainty about every proposition. The teacher must, however, distinguish observation from definition, convention, representation, inference, and belief—and must not transmit one category to students under the name of another.
Instructions
For each proposition, select True or False according to your present understanding. Do not answer according to what you believe is conventionally taught or what another person might say. Your answers should identify the propositions you personally accept as true.
For every proposition, select True, False, or No Answer. “No Answer” creates an intentional record that you are not presently prepared to accept or reject the proposition. A proposition left entirely unanswered is incomplete.
